Project Description

Goddard Consulting have provided services for many projects at the Westfield Shopping Centres, including the development of Westfield London’s ‘Gap Site’. Located on the space left between the shopping centre and Shepherd’s Bush underground station, the £2 million project populated the ‘gap’ with a variety of shops and eateries.

The site posed shared access and traffic management issues due to its proximity to the operational underground station, and the development of residential units on the same site. All health and safety issues were successfully mitigated with the Principal Contractor.
