The Goddard Consulting team are pleased to confirm approval for the retrofit and extension of King Edward Court, home to the London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSE) global HQ at Paternoster Square.

Designed by Carter Gregson Gray for Oxford Properties Group and Hines, the project enhances this historic financial landmark through:

  • A new public‑facing event space with a large display window overlooking the Square, showcasing the LSE’s market ceremonies and historic artefacts.
  • Activation of Paternoster Square via a new LED screen sharing LSE’s story and broadcasting events.
  • A sustainability‑focused design retaining over 95% of the existing structure and façade.
