Last week, Marcus Goddard visited site at Nine Elms Park in Battersea.

Goddard Consulting LLP are Principal Designers for this £250m residential project, which is part of an extensive 227 hectares regeneration zone for Central London.

Block D was completed in Summer 2023, and the remaining units in Block B are due for completion in Spring 2024.

In total, the development will produce 894 new homes with stunning amenity spaces, including two roof top pools.
