Standing on the former Forest Mill site which had remained derelict for over a decade, the new Centre Court development comprises of 790 student accommodation units alongside 19 affordable homes. The Nottingham based scheme reached completion on the 5th of September 2025 and received HRB registration on the 9th of September 2025.
