Last week, Marcus visited Leeds for the ‘topping out’ of our latest project with developers Olympian Homes. Following the demolition of the existing office building, the site is being redeveloped into Cirrus Point, a 633-unit Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) tower. The 44-storey development will be the tallest building in Leeds and the tallest PBSA tower in the World, offering stunning views across the city.
