Last week, the Chobham Road project was awarded the Eco Living Award at the Evening Standard House and Property Awards. Designed by Edward Williams Architects, these smart, Scandi-style timber-clad homes were built off-site, reducing construction time, and are powered by solar panels.

This stunning development replaces a disused car park in Stratford to provide nine dwellings, including four 3-bedroom homes, three 2-bed homes and two 1-bed semi-detached homes. An intimate landscaped courtyard has also been created for residents.
