Last week, Marcus Goddard headed to Manchester to see progress at the Fairfax, a scheme he first looked at in 2015. After many hurdles it’s great to see this landmark building coming out of the ground, with piling complete, TC1 erected and slip form in place ready to take the frame skywards.

The Fairfax will provide 488 high quality Build to Rent apartments at Portugal Street East, Manchester. The development will comprise of 23 and 29 storey towers, 5 minutes’ walk from Piccadilly train station and directly opposite the new proposed High Speed 2 terminal.
