The Hyde Electrical Works, Colindale, has been acquired by Square Roots, London Square, and Federated Hermes for the development of 100 per cent affordable homes.

Goddard Consulting are the appointed Principal Designers for Phase 1, which will see the construction of 244 residential dwellings along with 193 sq m of flexible commercial space.

The scheme consists of seven residential blocks between 6-7 storeys, and one commercial block of 16 storeys, with associated access roads, car parking, undercroft car parking, a small number of private gardens, and general landscaped areas.
