Goddard Consulting are delighted to be working on an extensive revitalisation project in the heart of Bristol. The Filwood Community Centre is a cultural hub based in Knowle West, which will undergo a £10 million overhaul to improve the iconic red-brick building. The project will add 75% more floor space to the community centre, including a new area for the existing Library and a new public living room.

Last week, Spencer Douglass attended the Pre-Start Meeting at the centre, where he is supporting Lead Designers, Hayhurst & Co, as the CDM Principal Designer Adviser. Works commence on site this month and are scheduled to complete in Q2 of 2026.
