Goddard Consulting are delighted to announce the successful Gateway 2 application for The Haymarket, the latest PBSA development from Olympian Homes.

Standing on the former Premier Inn site, and creating a new entrance to Bristol city, the development comprises of 442 student accommodation units and 132 co-living bedrooms delivered across two 28 & 18 storey towers.

With approval now secured, Principal Contractor, RG Group, will commence construction immediately, with completion scheduled for Q2 2028.

Goddard Consulting are the CDM Principal Designers and Client Advisers for the new high rise, which is set to be the tallest building in Bristol.
